    Why am I not receiving emails** from this site?

        If you are using a spam blocker or filter, you will need to add the email addresses:      admin@venusfactor.com and info@venusfactor.com  to the list of safe email addresses your system will accept.  We do not send out spam emails or sell your email address.  We will only contact you with information related to this website.

        **AOL users may not be able to receive emails due to issues involved on the AOL server side.  You may want to create an email address at yahoo.com or google.com for communications from venusfactor.com.  This may help clarify:  http://www.dmsiusa.com/aol.htm

    Why can't I play the video or audio on my computer?

        The audio and video is hosted by blip.tv.  Go to this link and scroll to the bottom of the page to the "help" link for technical support for you individual system:  blip.tv

        You can either double click or right click to access the audio/video feeds.  You can then listen on line or download to your computer.  Audio files can then be loaded onto MP3 players or burned to a CD.

    I have dial-up for my internet connection, can I still use your site?

        Most of the information offered has text files available.  You will miss some of the material that is video, but there is a large amount that is text that can be viewed online or printed out.  Depending on the speed of your connection, you may be able to download audio files as they are much smaller than video.

    Do you offer refunds on this membership?

        Once you access the site we are unable to offer refunds.  All the information is available for download and therefore we are not offering refunds at this time.  It is much like buying a book or CD in that you can't return these items once they have been used.

    Do other members have access to my information?

        At this time the venusfactor.com website is not utilizing the member directory.  All your membership information is private.  The venusfactor.ning.com website is an open system and all networking and interaction between members on this site has common access.  You have the option to join the social networking site, but are not required.  There is no cost to join the networking site.
